I Ripped Apart Mike Geary's "Truth About Abs" Six Pack Abs Book, And He Wasn't Real Happy With Me! If You Want To Hear What I Told This Guy Straight Up About His Belly Fat Program, Just Keep Reading!

ripped six pack abs

A few weeks ago... 3 to be exact... I was in the gym working out when a friend of mine came up to me and started ranting and raving about this new product that she found called "The Truth About Abs". (That's the link where she found it)

(I love ya Hannah but, you know how I feel about "get ripped abs quick" kind of deals. It isn't that easy to lose a beer belly and get a flat toned stomach, ya know?)

Anyway, she was really pumped about how well it had been working out for her. I didn't want to see her get taken advantage of though so, I asked her if I could take a look at this book she bought to rip her abs in to six pack shape... at home if she wants.

I've worked long and hard at getting my body in as good of shape as it is today. I'm not that young any longer so it gets harder and harder to keep my abs in great shape. I usually have to use a combination of an abdominal diet and ab exercises just to stay ahead. (But, the girls like it so I'll play the game no matter how hard it hurts).

Once I got a hold of the "Truth About Abs" book, and the six or seven bonuses she got too, I had to say I was initially impressed. But, being impressed doesn't mean that what this guy writes is going to flatten your stomach. Just because it comes in a nice wrapper doesn't make it a surefire method to tone your tummy! So, I did the best thing I could and sent the dude an email ripping his six pack program apart & telling him how it couldn't get rid of a beer belly!

Whew! That pissed him off. Enough so that he sent me an email back with about ninety-some testimonials including their email addresses in case I wanted to check it out for myself. I was just trying to get him going, not pissed off, if you know what I mean.

What really impressed me was that the people who used his abdominals course weren't the average athletic type I'm used to seeing. They're a bunch of everyday-joe's. Most of them had just gotten to point in their life where they said, "enough is enough" because their stomach had gotten too big. They just wanted to drop a few inches from around their belly. My thought is that it would have been easier for them had they taken better care of themselves before getting to this 'bad place' in their life, but I give credit where credit is due. Kudo's guys!

I think another part, maybe the biggest strong point to make, is that this isn't some ab workout plan where you need to do crunches all day long or go out and spend hundreds of dollars on fad ab workout machines. Far from it. Mike put this together using his well rounded experience from being a sports nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. He comes at it from all angles to help you flatten your stomach and get a lean mean tummy without the B.S. and hard work that goes along with most ab exercise workout plans!

I have no doubt my friend from the gym, Hannah, will have killer rock hard abs using Mike's program (they're already on their way baby!) but the great part is that for someone reading this now who isn't going to the gym every day, can benefit from Mike's "Truth About Abs" program, too. (The bonuses this guy gives out for free are really awesome too).

Wanna hear something cool? Mike and I have now had a few telephone conversations and he's given me one of his ebooks to email to friends if I'd like (he sells this himself for $29). So I thought I'd post it here on my blog and see if you want a copy for yourself- for free. If this guy can help people like he's already proven, then I can help him out by giving away his free ebook to you guys (and you can keep $29 in your pocket).

When I met Mike 2 years ago, I was at a training conference and doing some networking with other trainers. Mike and I started talking and eventually his book was mentioned "The Truth about Six Pack Abs". I really had to bite my tongue. I immediately started thinking to myself what a #%@&**! it must be. I am usually not a negative person, but in this instance I was extremely. I found myself pleasantly surprised just as you did Ryan. Keep pumpin!

Ry buddy. Thanks for the free ebook you emailed me about nutrition and lean body secrets. looking forward to buying Mike's book, Truth About Abs; Checked out the guys site. Did you really have 'words' with him?

I know it will take some discipline to get the fat loss results I want, but I have traded my cookies and cream ice cream for some of the healthier (yet still tasty) foods and snacks that you recommend. I'm going to ask my wife if she'll partner with me to lose 50 pounds together and maybe she'll stop complaining about her poochy tummy once and for all.

Thanks to Mike's Truth About Abs book and his training, my body, at 41, feels stronger than it ever has. I challenge anyone to read Mike's book and apply his methods of exercise. It will change your body and energy level too.

Ryan says: hey, Johnna - you're absolutely right on track. I'm glad Hannah shared this with me. If you just follow what mike says (around page 44) you'll see progress in less than a week. With most of the other programs out there people usually give up by then, but this is really motivating ... see ya.

Ryan glad you responded the way you did to Johnna. I'm one of those guys who always buys these ab machines and diets to get my six pack but never stick with the workouts. From what I've read I'm going all in because i think this can keep me motivated until i hit my goal. thanks ryan.

I'm still not able to do all the advanced exercises in Mike's book (although I'll work up to them eventually), but he's taught me how to use the concepts from his book to modify the routines so they can work for me for fat loss. Honestly I don't have to have 'ripped abdominals' like you point out. But feeling better and having a flat stomach again is awesome.

I've been that person who has tried all the fad diets, diet pills, and bought my fair share of infomercial ab machines! At least I finally found something now that works to lose fat and flatten my stomach!

I enjoy the fact that you are not just telling readers what to do with a promise that results will be achieved, but explaining the reasons behind your strategy supported by research. I have been exercising on my own my entire life, but I really hit a plateau during the last few years, and this program has given me new motivation and kickstarted my results.

Hey Ryan. I just wanted to say thank you for the review on the abs program. I too was skeptical before I purchased the program but your review made it a no brainer to buy. Along with all the free bonuses and the money back guarantee, there was no risk.

Just thought I'd let you know I'm down to 215 now from 258. Since my friend told me about your abs program (he is really fit and I figured it was just for people in good shape to get hard abs)its really worked for me in tightening some of my beer belly. Still along way to go but 40+ pounds is further then I've ever gotten before.

HI guys Awesome review for Truth About Abs. I bought the program about 2 weeks ago and am starting to see great results already. I lost about 9 pounds and close to 1.25 inches at my waist. I did the South Beach diet and the 6 Week Body Makeover from Michael Thurman. They worked but if you went off the program for a few days, you gained a lot of weight back. The thing with Truth About Abs is that it is designed so you don't have to live your life around the program. Thank again!

What a awesome product. I am seeing results as promised in the book. At first, I started out a little slow and was going to return it because I thought it was another scam but I gave it 5 more days and low and behold...the weight was melting off. Thank you for honest review of Truth About Abs.

A pretty good product. I have tried several others and seen results but for some reason this one help me lose more inches in the chest and waist. People are so concerned about what the number say when you step on the scale but what I learned is more important is the inches. I only lost about 15 pounds but went from a size 38 jean to a size 34 in just over 2 months. Keep the good reviews coming!

Hey Ryan. I came across your review and seen all the great testimonials from other users. I could not resist to buy. I must tell you so far I am quite impressed. Mike Geary really knows his stuff and the bonuses he gave away are alone worth the price. Thank you again for the free bonuses you gave away too! It really helped my jump start tightening my abs.
