I've worked long and hard at getting my body in as good of shape as it is today. I'm not that young any longer so it gets harder and harder to keep my abs in great shape. I usually have to use a combination of an abdominal diet and ab exercises just to stay ahead. (But, the girls like it so I'll play the game no matter how hard it hurts).
Once I got a hold of the "Truth About Abs" book, and the six or seven bonuses she got too, I had to say I was initially impressed. But, being impressed doesn't mean that what this guy writes is going to flatten your stomach. Just because it comes in a nice wrapper doesn't make it a surefire method to tone your tummy! So, I did the best thing I could and sent the dude an email ripping his six pack program apart & telling him how it couldn't get rid of a beer belly!
Whew! That pissed him off. Enough so that he sent me an email back with about ninety-some testimonials including their email addresses in case I wanted to check it out for myself. I was just trying to get him going, not pissed off, if you know what I mean.
What really impressed me was that the people who used his abdominals course weren't the average athletic type I'm used to seeing. They're a bunch of everyday-joe's. Most of them had just gotten to point in their life where they said, "enough is enough" because their stomach had gotten too big. They just wanted to drop a few inches from around their belly. My thought is that it would have been easier for them had they taken better care of themselves before getting to this 'bad place' in their life, but I give credit where credit is due. Kudo's guys!
I think another part, maybe the biggest strong point to make, is that this isn't some ab workout plan where you need to do crunches all day long or go out and spend hundreds of dollars on fad ab workout machines. Far from it. Mike put this together using his well rounded experience from being a sports nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. He comes at it from all angles to help you flatten your stomach and get a lean mean tummy without the B.S. and hard work that goes along with most ab exercise workout plans!
I have no doubt my friend from the gym, Hannah, will have killer rock hard abs using Mike's program (they're already on their way baby!) but the great part is that for someone reading this now who isn't going to the gym every day, can benefit from Mike's "Truth About Abs" program, too. (The bonuses this guy gives out for free are really awesome too).
Wanna hear something cool? Mike and I have now had a few telephone conversations and he's given me one of his ebooks to email to friends if I'd like (he sells this himself for $29). So I thought I'd post it here on my blog and see if you want a copy for yourself- for free. If this guy can help people like he's already proven, then I can help him out by giving away his free ebook to you guys (and you can keep $29 in your pocket).
